PreparationSteaming Crawfish: Add two cups of water and one Tbsp of salt and bring to a boil. Place crawfish in the pot on a rack over the boiling water. When the water starts to boil again, place a lid on the pot and and cook for about 5 mins.
Boiling Crayfish: Bring a pot of water to a roaring boil with any desired seasoning. Add crayfish to boiling water, and one it starts to simmer, remove heat. Let sit for 5-6 mins in the pot before removing from water before serving.
