    Crawfish

Crawfish (also known as crayfish) is a mini freshwater lobster. Crawfish are known for their firm, tender, and sweet meat. You can cook crawfish to eat with butter or use it in Creole dishes like jambalaya. Crab Dynasty crawfish are flash-frozen, so throw them into your favorite stew or use them in your next crawfish boil. These Louisiana delicacies are sure to please.

    How to Eat Crawfish

Crab Dynasty’s flash-frozen crawfish can be eaten as a dish by themselves or used in various stews and dishes. Reheat Crab Dynasty’s crawfish by steaming or boiling them.

To steam crawfish: bring two cups of water and one tablespoon of salt to a boil. Place the crawfish on a rack over the boiling water, cover the pot, and cook for about 5 minutes.

To boil crawfish: first, bring a pot of water to a roaring boil with your desired seasoning. Add crawfish to boiling water and bring the water to a simmer. Once the water starts to simmer, remove it from the heat and let it sit for 5 to 6 minutes before removing it from the pot and serving.
