      These jumbo crab cakes are a whopping 8 oz each, filled with loads of delicous chunks of crab meat.  We make these with the smallest amount of filler possible, just enough to keep the crabmeat together!

      Preparation
      Place lump crab cakes on a baking sheet and pour a small amount of melted butter on the top of each. Broil until the top turns golden brown, usually 18 to 22 minutes. Internal temperature of crabcake needs to be at least 145 degrees Fahrenheit.   You can serve with lemon and tartar sauce. If you prefer to make your own crab cakes, then you can also buy crab meat fresh from Crab Dynasty.

      How to Broil a Jumbo Crab Cake:
      Pour a small amount of melted butter on the top of each.
      Broil until the top turns golden brown, usually 18 to 22 minutes.

      How to Fry a Crab Cake:
      Heat a pan (non-stick preferred) on med. low heat with a little bit of oil at the bottom
      of the pan. Once oil is nice and hot, evenly place in the pan and cook until it is golden-brown and flip (about 6-8 mins.) Flip and wait another 6-8 mins.

      Serve immediately on a kaiser roll with cocktail or tartar sauce. Garnish with a slice of tomato and lettuce. ENJOY!
