Ingredients:
1.5 lbs. of shelled Alaskan King Crab legs
1/4 cup of salted butter
1/4 cup of all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon paprika
6-8 ounces of sliced mushrooms
2 Tablespoons of diced onion
1/3 cup of bread crumbs
1 cup of whole milk
1/4 stick of cream cheese
1 cup of light cream
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup of white wine
1 cup of grated cheddar cheese
Slowly thaw the crab legs in the refrigerator overnight. Remove meat from the shell and place in a bowl. Put aside. In a bowl, melt the butter and stir in with the flour. Next, add cream, wine, and milk. Place in pot over low heat and stir until it is sauce-like in consistency. Add salt, paprika, cheese, mushrooms, and onion. Stir slowly together until cheese gets ooey and gooey. Gently add the crab meat while folding in to avoid breaking the meat apart. Add all to a greased casserole dish and sprinkle breadcrumbs on top. Bake at 375 for 12-14 minutes or until brown on top.
