Your seafood ships in a hand-packed cooler with ice packs that keep it cold for up to 48 hours.

Planning your delivery
- We deliver Tuesday through Saturday. For offices, we suggest Tuesday through Friday. Saturday delivery costs about $10 more.
- Pick your delivery date at checkout, so gifts arrive when you want them to.
- Order by 3:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday, for same-day shipping.
- Please make sure someone can receive the box. Add a front-desk note or a phone number at checkout.
- Shipping to more than one address? Send us a quote request below and we’ll help plan it.
Ordering for a team or client list?
Tell us what you need and we’ll reply with a quote and delivery plan. Good for large orders, multiple addresses, or a mix of packages.
Questions
Is anything in the gift boxes live?
No. The gift packages contain no live seafood.
Can I choose the delivery date?
Yes. Pick a date at checkout. We deliver Tuesday through Saturday.
Who pays for shipping?
Shipping is added at checkout. The Executive package ships free by UPS Ground in our local region. Outside that region, shipping is calculated at checkout.
What if there’s a problem with a gift?
Contact our customer service team within 24 hours of a delivery delay or product issue. Depending on the problem, we’ll ship a replacement, apply a store credit, or provide a refund.
Can I send gifts to more than one address?
Send us a quote request with your recipient count and delivery date, and our team will work out the details with you.
