Extra Large Cold Water Lobster Tails - A True Seafood Delicacy

Elevate your seafood experience with our extra large 8–10 oz cold water lobster tails. Each tail is wild-caught and frozen to retain its natural sweetness and delicate flavor. Perfect for gourmet meals, holiday dinners, or entertaining guests, these lobster tails deliver tender, flavorful meat in every bite.

      How to Boil Lobster Tails:
Fill a large pot with water, add 1-2 tsp of salt per quart (sea salt is better). When boiling lobster tail, you want to bring to a boil, add each lobster tail, and then cover the pot. As soon as the water returns to a boil, boil lobster tail for about 8 mins.  Lobster Tails are done when the shells are bright red and the meat is opaque. Remove from pot, and place on paper towel to drain.  Serve with melted butter and lemon.

How to Steam Lobster Tails: Fill a pot with 1-2 inches of water and bring and bring to a boil.  Place lobster tails in a basket or tray over the boiling water.  Cover and steam for 10 minutes, or until the shell is bright red and meat is opaque.  Serve hot with butter.

How to Broil Lobster Tails: Preheat broiler to high.  Slice the top shell lenghtwise and gently lift the meat onto the shell. Brush with melted butter and garlic or herbs if desired. Broil 2 inches from meat for 10 mintues, or until meat is opaque and lightly browned on top.

How to Grill Lobster Tails: Preheat grill to medium-high.  Split shells and lift meat onto shell.  Brush with olive oil or butter.  Grill meat side up for 5 minutes per inch of thickness, then flip for 2 minutes and baste again with butter, making sure the lid is closed when grilling. Meat should be opaque, tender and lightly charred.

Pro Tips for Perfect Lobster Tails:
      • Thawing: If frozen, thaw in refrigerator for 8-12 hours or under cold running water for 30-60 minutes (slow thaw recommended)
      • Butter & Seasoning: Melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, or Old Bay Seasoning enhance flavor.
      • Don't Overcook: Overcooked lobster becomes rubbery. Meat is done when opaque and firm.
      • Presentation: Split tails lenghtwise for elegant plating and easy dipping

I ordered two of the Big Boy lobster tails plus the jumbo and whales in the soft shell crabs. The seafood was fresh frozen and shipped great. This was a surprise for my husband who really loves lobster. For someone like myself that lived on the Eastern Shore of Maryland for years, it was like I was back home again! Love the opportunity to have fresh crabs and lobster without the drive to Maryland or Maine. Will certainly be a regular customer !
