      Our hand made 4 oz Maryland crab cakes are sure to be a Chesapeake delight!  Only a minimal amount of filler to keep the crab cake together, that is our policy!

      Preparation
      Place lump crab cakes on a baking sheet and pour a small amount of melted butter on the top of each. Broil until the top turns golden brown, usually 12 to 15 minutes. Internal temperature of crab cake needs to be at least 145 degrees Fahrenheit. You can serve with lemon and tartar sauce. If you prefer to make your own crab cakes, then you can also buy crab meat fresh from Crab Dynasty.

      How to Broil a Crab Cake:
      Pour a small amount of melted butter on the top of each.
      Broil until the top turns golden brown, usually 12 to 15 minutes.

      How to Fry a Crab Cake:
      Heat a pan (non-stick preferred) on med. heat with a little bit of oil at the bottom
      of the pan. Once oil is nice and hot, evenly place in the pan and cook until it is golden-brown and flip (about 3-5 mins.) Flip and wait another 3-5 mins.

      Serve immediately on a kaiser roll with cocktail or tartar sauce. Garnish with a slice of tomato and lettuce. ENJOY!
